The 4th Days of Educational Sciences

The 4th Days of Educational Sciences are a scientific conference organized by the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Centre for Educational Research and Development that will be held on October 25 th and 26th, 2018 in Zagreb, Croatia.

The Days of Educational Sciences are a biennial scientific conference which encourages cooperation and networking between educational researchers from different scientific disciplines. The conference enables the exchange of knowledge and research findings on various educational topics, as well as the affirmation of educational sciences within the broader academic and professional public.

Call for Papers – Current trends in Higher Education in Europe Conference

Faculty of Teacher Education of the University of Rijeka and the Centre for Childhood Research invite you to apply for the 10th International Conference Current trends in Higher Education in Europe, to be held on 26 and 27 May 2017 in Rijeka, Croatia. The conference is organized by the Faculty of Teacher Education in Rijeka and the Centre for childhood research.

Net4Society has published a position paper which focuses on Societal Challenge 6 and SSH in Horizon 2020. To motivate researchers to participate in the online consultation on Horizon 2020, a short document was made which highlights the important consultation questions and issues.

Lecture by Prof. Michael Apple in Ljubljana

Prof. Michael Apple will hold the lecture “Can education change society?” on December 5, 2016. The lecture will be held at The Faculty of Education of the University of Ljubljana, Kardeljeva pl. 16, at 14.30, room 212.

On December 6th 2016, Prof. Apple will have interview with the possibility of the questions from audience, at 16.00, room 026, at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ljubljana.

European Educational Research Journal (EERJ), the journal created by the European Educational Research Association (EERA) and published by Sage (http://eer.sagepub.com/), has announced Open Call for papers for the next special issue of the Journal – “The EU’s Four Freedoms: moving people, capital, goods and services across the field of European education”.
